The rooms were brand-new and updated with an in-room safe, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control. The location was favourable, in the middle of jackson.

The food was outstanding with a wide range of options. The room met all requests, good sized and extremely pleasant with jacuzzi tub. Favourable location of the hotel next to the water park.

It was truly a relaxing stay on vacation, the hotel met needs well. The location was favourable and excellent, next to the water park, convenient to go everywhere. Moreover, it's adjacent to the Lost Island waterpark, eating establishments, shopping, and entertainment and the casino, and people.

We didn't have time, so we would book again. The location was particularly good and magnificent, in the middle of jackson!

Booked a room with jacuzzi tub. A shower, hair dryers, and towels was a plus. The hotel was in a marvellous location close enough to a restaurant that serves good food at a reasonable price, and Waterloo.

The staff were HELPFUL, favourable location next to the water park. Besides, it was short walk to the restaurant, eating establishments, shopping, and entertainment, and the casino, and people.

Asked for deluxe room and it was spotless with jacuzzi tub. The pool area was nice and the location was particularly good and excellent, not far from a restaurant that serves good food at a reasonable price and eating establishments and Waterloo, Iowa. Also, a shopping mall was 2 miles away.

The room was impeccably clean and huge and featured central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television. The bed was very comfy, roll in showers worked well.

No complaints, the venue met all required needs. Everything was well-maintained, nonetheless we stayed for 1 night only. The restaurant was good with excellent meals.

They gave me a very affordable room with shower, jacuzzi tub, all the usual amenities. The hotel was in a marvellous location, next to the water park.

The hot water in the shower was awesome and the room had a nice, big TV with the option to use your phone as a remote. There were multiple mirrors and the room didn't have a bad smell. The hotel staff, especially Jodi at the front desk, were wonderful and very helpful. Parking was convenient.

This is a great hotel in a lovely building. All the rooms are a nice size and brand-new with jacuzzi tub and the staff is amicable! The location is comfy and magnificent, 10 minutes' walk to Lost Island Water Park. The bets part that it's not far from eating establishments, shopping, and entertainment.
